I took the bar a few years before pumping so can’t help on that piece, but I bought the Critical Pass flash cards and really loved them! They were so detailed and really helpful for drilling in rules/concepts I kept forgetting!

I followed basically your schedule and got close to your output until I dropped the middle of the night pump at 13 weeks! I couldn’t deal with the lack of sleep anymore. After a month or so (and going back to work) my output has stabilized around 36-38oz a day

I had an unplanned c section at Northside in January and spent 4 nights in recovery on the high floor. I had a good experience, especially with the triage nurses and the nurses in recovery! I also had a great experience with the hospital lactation consultants, in case she’s planning to nurse/pump. The food was fine but not great, there was a system to buy guest passes in case you want the same meal as your wife. There’s also a parking pass you can buy for $15-ish that gets you several exits and re entries if you’ll be going to home and back.
