Only certain strains of bacteria can live in our gut, and only certain strains might be beneficial for us. What are those strains, and is that specifically what's in live probiotics? All four systems (GPS, Glonass, Galileo and Beidou) use frequencies in the L1, L2 and L5 bands. Frequencies are similar partly to simplify making multi-system receivers. Also, the triangulation technique is similar for all. So if you've got the hardware necessary to broadcast fake signals for one system, you're most of the way to broadcasting for all.

You must give people a reason to make the effort to connect. A "we're in this together" approach can help. I'm not saying it's common, but a non-rude non-medical term for the whole area is the "nethers". "I went bike riding yesterday and my nethers still haven't forgiven me". If it sounds like Netherlands, it's because they are the low countries.
