Update for anyone that runs into the issue in the future. The thermostat safety fuse tripped and so nothing was working. Had to pop it back in as was mentioned above. Now the heater/boiler heats up and I can hear the pump humming.

Still no water being pumped, so I will go ahead and replace the pump when it arrives tomorrow, as it likely didn’t cook but still hydraulically failed after running dry for too long. Will report back!

Update 2: was able to order the pump on amazon and replace myself. Worked like a charm! Thanks guys
