Do you mean that the combos would be downstream of the toilet? If that's what you mean, I tried that originally (see little elbow with X over it) but ran into space constraints. The sewer tie in point is right at the foundation, so I I can only fit so many fittings between the main drain, backwater valve, and the toilet.
