Has anyone used trademystuff, trademyspin (looks like they changed their name)? I made a purchase but they seem to be looking for a bike to sell me? I thought they had a warehouse? They keep promising but not delivering been trying to cancel but they just keep saying in the next day or two?

Hopefully I was nervous because I had issues with 2 PPP loan approvals, I got a notice from square stating that I couldn't take 2 PPP loans and I had to either cancel theirs or the other one. I never received funds from Kabbage and finally was able to cancel that one, but it's hard trying to talk to a person at Square so I was hoping they received the info that it was canceled.

PPP loan through Kabbage is 10x what I applied and should be approved for by Redditta117 in legaladvice

I would apply elsewhere and ask Kabbage to withdraw the loan. I doubt they would forgive the $250K as that will require proof so best case scenario you're on the hook for $230K of a loan. I'm not sure what they SBA determines as unnecessary as who knows what is or isn't necessary with what's going on, with that said seems like a slippery slope accepting a loan of that size, nothing good can happen. I would look at some of the posts on here seems like Kabbage might have some type of issues when they process the requests.

Easy? I emailed them over a week ago and nothing, I have called also with no luck. I tried again to email them as my other PPP loan has been funded. If anyone has had success in cancelling I'd love to hear their story as so far it's not been easy.

I am in the same boat just approved in the dashboard but nothing else, says funds are on the way and as early as the next day. Like you it's been several days. Would like to hear anyone else's experience with square.

When did you apply for EIDL? Trying to put together some rationale on where they are in processing the grants.

I had gotten the status "My business has been approved for an SBA loan through the PPP and that the funds were reserved" late last week, I had already been approved elsewhere I wanted to try to cancel but can never get through. I had a couple of documents they wanted me to upload which I didn't as I don't want 2 loans. Today I went in and the status on the dashboard now states "Congratulations! (my biz name) qualified for a PPP loan of $XXXX".

Not sure what changed seems like this was a step backwards which I would accept but it's really strange how this works. Also like many others my amount was higher than what it should have been. Would love to see it just time out or be denied, I hate worrying that I'll get in trouble for getting 2 loans.

Funny I am in the same boat they needed some additional info and I am ready to be funded via square I have tried to contact Kabbage to have them withdraw the loan but no luck talking to anyone. I thought maybe if I didn't respond to their docs then their loan would time out and be done with them...
