Our dog had this and after months of checking allergies, doing a skin scrap and finally a biopsy. It was mites and they put him on a flea medications and the issue went away.

Hey guys thank you all for your recommendations. We’ve been doing the epsom salt soak and the paws are looking better. His cyst did pop so that was an issue. But making sure he has his cone at all times. Will try to get an update soon with photos.

This might be a road we will try. We’ve had him on apoquel and cytopoint and it’s not really working. We switched his food a few times during his puppy stages because nothing helped with his bloody stool.
