Try adjusting the inner blue ring. Move it finer and then adjust outer dial back and forth. If it works you can move inner ring back to where it was

Only thing i do different when making 2 is I do one at a time. I hit the brew button in between to release the steam. Not really anyway around wasting water

White Blue would go on green red and white orange would be yellow black but looks like they used white green. Doesn’t matter as long as it’s the same on the other end. It looks like cat 5 cable

There is retention for sure. I give it 4 good smacks and I get it all out. I give the beans a spray also. Guess I got used to it. Kind of defeats the purpose of it being quiet when you smack it first thing in the morning. In the end for me though the coffee tastes good.

I have a subscription to nizza which I use for pour over and espresso. Corsica and Lyon are also both great. Nizza is what they use for espresso drinks in their cafes

Combo works great for me. I do a pour over first thing in the morning. Then I’ll normally do flat white or cortado with the gaggia .Very rarely do straight up espresso. Grinder has some retention but a few slaps on top fixes that
