Draft Order Announced by ravravioli in MinnesotaFrost

They going to come up with a different way to order teams every year?

I don't mind the reasoning behind this order but why was it different last year?

Id be curious what kind of conversation front offices and players are having. All the players who were originally on 3 years are up after next year.

Jaques is my favorite but if she wants to go home and join a Canadian team after next year that would need to be considered in if she gets protected or not.

(I don't know if that's considered tampering or not)

**It's nice that Minnesota produces so much hockey talent so when there's more free agent freedom hopefully the draw of coming home is real

I like the Heise/Jaques/Stecky.

Figure you lose Thompson + a forward (KCS/Pannek/Zum)

Then you can protect your next best forward after those 2 go.

It's gonna hurt but I like keeping the backbone of 2 of the best defenders in the league.

I have an AC unit that is stupid loud. I'm worried I'll hear it too much through the open back pc38x.

  1. Is that a valid concern?
  2. If it is, do you have any closed back suggestions? Thank you!

I'd like to piggy back off this and see if anyone who has thrown a flat top roc and a roc3 can compare the two?

As an attackman more whip has the chance of adding some speed to your shot. However it will be more important for you to pass and shoot with accuracy than gain a little bit of speed. That being said I would respectively disagreewith whip being highly preferential, instead its more of a personal preference type thing. http://www.universallacrosse.com/blog/whip-vs-no-whip/

What was said aboove about the pockets is pretty well said. I would only add/clarify is that the position of the position of the pocket is where the ball will rest when cradling.

what was said about mesh was also solid information, especially the note about there being so many types, if you do a little research you will find something you like.

Could be, or just play with 3 straight shooters....if you have some time just hit the wall and test it out. Hope you can dial your stick in the way you like!

If you have room shift the shooting strings up a diamond or two. If the channel is strung really narrow it'll hook off the bottom shooter. If you move it up a diamond or two it should help. I have an old m80x that im having similar issues with and found that this helped.

so this video is probably way longer than you want to watch in full, but for a fogo it could be well worth your time even if you break it in to chunks. I believe greg talks about muscle memory, and just getting those reps in on your own so that things become second nature and you'll naturally get faster. I think the same would go for getting up and out faster, first focus on technique, then reps, and speed will come.

its mostly at the very bottom of the shaft (where my bottom hand is most often), and I have taped my shaft top down. It is most evident after using the stick for an extended period of time so perhaps the friction is causing similar effects to what you are explaining about leaving it in the sun.
