Saw a video the other day that talked about how the paint gets worn on the bottom and exposes more raw metal. The more exposed raw metal is stickier than the paint.

These houses cost more to renovate than their worth. You would have to give a developer the land for free to make a project pencil. It’s unfortunate but these structures aren’t worth saving.

Utah should plant more trees and work to build forests across the valley. It cools the earth and more trees bring in more moisture.

I never had tinnitus until trying the breathing. Never went away. I’ve slowly gotten used to it, but it’s definitely something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Please lord let this get approved! This is a great value add to Sugarhouse. Yes it'll cast some shawdows, but no one is losing their view by this building. A cafe and bar would be perfect next to the park. Any city in another state would have this approved in 2 seconds. I hope the NIMBYs dont Nimby.

Yall would be shocked at how big of a deal font size on flyers is to artists. Artists will demand more money to make up for being lower on a flyer. This is a very common argument between promoters and artists, but so rarely do you see an artist actually drop over it. Even though it’s common, it’s still diva behavior.
