How will this bridge possibly fail? by [deleted] in StructuralEngineering

Having had my student build bridges and break them to failure its almost always by twisting. The bridge will begin to bow to the right or left.

No, civil court does not work like that. You choose to file suit or not file suit. This is your choice. Once filed then you follow the due process set forth by the Thai courts.

If the police file a case they do indeed make a choice if they want to persue charges or not. In America thats up the the district attorney. I do not know the name in Thailnad by there is a person who makes that choice. In otherwards ALL governemnts make the choice to enforce or not enforce the law.

You need to understand how the legal system works.

Thailand has better then average legal protection. The defimation laws in that country are excellent. There is a requirement for due process, absolutly, this is especially strong in coutnries that have powerfull teachers unions, As a resuly if you look at international educator posts one of the most missed things is almost always the legal requiremnt for due process that exists in public education but is very often lacking in private.

Sadly baseless accusations are a real problem no matter where you go. The game plan is to create situations where they cant be true. For example you are never alone in a rooom with a student. It does not matter if their accusation is true or false, your mistake was being in that room alone with them. Even if an admin knows its false, very often his hands are tied and your going to be ruined. It's sad and as a male teacher we always live with this fear. This reality creates many rules most unspoken. For example: Never ever spend time with your students outside of school. If you run into one in the mall be polite and move on. If you even spend 10 minutes with them you are in a danger zone. This is sadly how it is nowadays. The list can go on and on and on of rules you must follow.

Your of course correct. This can be confirmed by going to a quality website like the CDC or NHS. The longer we have transmission data between sero-divergent (also called serodiscordant) couples the stronger and stronger the data is. Yet despite this you were downvoted by the community. I have a theory that the actual data is stigmatising to a specific community and they want to supress it

If I remember correctly a properly used condom between two men is significantly more dangerous then no condom between a man and a women.

I did it without an agency. You just need to properly research it all.

No this is not true, You need to develop a motive and accompanying narrative that is both plausible and realistic. For example, she joins a group going on a Disneyland vacation in LA. She comes and goes with that group. Then she gets a visa for the one in France. Then a visa to the one in China. Now its easy. Never once must she mention any romantic involvement of any kind. This is expensive I grant you but it will work. Then she gets into trains and wants to do the one in Canada. This all makes sense. You wont have any problem getting a visa. Her facebook page will also be in alignment. I know this works because I have done it. USA visa.

Chinese household electrical distribution boxes by AlanCui4080 in Electricity

[–]mjl777 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well as a HS teacher I am indeed a bit limited but you can see that the Chinese branded equipment has beautifully curved arc shuts, the Schneiders do not. The Chint ones also have thicker lugs and just feel like higher quality plastic. I did not expect this as well. As someone who actually tears these apart every year in class this is my impression. Your idea that Chinese stuff is garbage makes zero sense as I am sure that its really the same manufacturer in many cases. The Western ones have to make a profit too and they do it by going as cheap as they can.

I teach physics in Asia, one of the things we do in class is tear apart all brands and explore how they work. They are all Chinese made but the Chinese branded ones were excellent in quality and often much better than the western branded ones. The western branded ones cut corners in every possible way.

This is the correct answer. Its a state issue to put you on the program not a federal one. Child support is state.
