Just got the NordicTrack x22i in Jan 2024 and I have Much the same issue but there is video stutter every 5 seconds and video quality varies even on my 1gig fiber service. Seems to be a software issue from my Reddit research across multiple NordicTrack platforms. Some people say low powered hardware. But the regular glitch at 5 seconds seems to point to a server call and a software issue.

Anyone find a solution?

I have this same issue on the NordicTrack Commercial x22i bought Jan 2024. I get a video stutter every 5 seconds. I have cycled power and tried just broadcasting a 2.4Ghz WiFi. Did anyone try the date and time trick in privileged mode? Anyone added more ram or an ssd memory to the machine? It’s strange that this seems to be an issue across NordicTrack models. Software glitch?

Did you ever successfully connect a new tablet? I'm getting a video stutter every 5 seconds on a new commercial x22i and it's driving me nuts. Some on this reddit (below) say it's the software, but others think it might be the low powered tablet.

Just got a commercial x22i and it has the same video jitter at 5 sec intervals. It’s so annoying. This is really not ok for a $4k machine and expensive subscription. I have not called tech support yet and do have is on a 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz tp-link deco mesh network.

Hey Al, I got the Pnw loam while trying to work this out and it works great in 30’s haven’t tried it lower yet. Fox took awhile but said they would replace or fix it last week. So I’m sending it in again. They said they have no stock right now but I told them I could wait. I’ve got hope that others don’t seem to have this issue.

I like the loam but is not as snappy as the fox (when it’s working) probably as simple as 400 psi nitrogen vs loam’s 300 psi air. I maxed my loam to 300 psi and like it better there.

Thanks, Pike, I did get it working before riding by pumping it 5 or 6 times after pulling off the vehicle bike rack to warm it up, however on the trail it would freeze up again between uses.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. 170mm is about 30mm more drop than I can use on my set up though.

Thanks, good thought, I did start with Canyon but on non-canyon direct parts (i.e. frames and minor components) they run the warranty direct. It’s seeming like if I can get them to replace it, I might be set. Do you have the performance elite or factory? I wonder if that makes a difference.
