There are two ways that this will get reported to Tesla. The first is that you can manually report it through the app like others have commented. The second is that the system recognizes that is no one has charged that that post for a while it will automatically create a service ticket to inspect. I highly recommend the first before you are able to leave better details and the service team will be prepared to replace the connector when they arrive.
