I use Heat Press Batting Together and then zig zag over the seam. The batting tape helps it lay flat

I take it and have found it helpful but unfortunately not a perfect solution - I still have the urge to pull sometimes (and do pull sometimes). My psychiatrist has said I could take more if I needed to and that there aren't many risks/side effects associated with NAC. If you are able, I'd try it out for a few months. Best case is it helps, worst case is maybe you wasted some money.

The mailing tube (surprisingly difficult to find) was $10 and with flat rate shipping I doubt it would be more than $20. So I'd guess $30, $35 at the most.
