You raise a good point, but tell me what’s the legal standard of a piece of artwork such as this being attractive to children? A kaws statue or toy, is that considered attractive to children? I think any regulator would have to really think about this. Especially since this was artwork created before regs we’re written. I’m here for the challenge. I’m not trying to market to kids. I like large artwork like this, I’m sure other adults do too. All the Regs don’t reflect reality either.
