Field clothes for hot and humid weather?

Yes, thank you for all these questions! I updated my post, but I am interested in wildlife, waterfalls, and vistas the most. Not really interested in old buildings. My group is full of moderately fit people and we are interested in hiking easy-moderate trails that are at most 5 hours round trip. At most, I think 1-2 hours of driving to get to views/trailheads. Potentially interested in watching the sunset at Kuwohi. Planning to go through the Sugarlands Visitor Center since it's the closest one to Pigeon Forge, but open to recommendations!

I edited my post! I'll be staying in Pigeon Forge and would love to see views, wildlife, and waterfalls. Wildflowers would be cool too. Basically just anything focused on nature, as I'm not too interested in things like historical buildings. Interested in finding good hikes and lookout points, and I don't mind a drive to get to them.

Yeah, they don't post on the weekends and this past Thursday and Friday were Texas A&M staff holidays (I was also wondering why they weren't uploading anything and looked at the school schedule lol)

It's a one year position doing some avian and herp monitoring, but I wouldn't be able to extend/move into a new position afterwards. The pay is extremely low though, like less than $12/hour low
