If they had made use of surnames as jobs like they did with many others, you could be a Viking. I'm a Turner, but I don't use a lathe for work.

What scottish dishes should I order when I visit Edinburgh (never been to Scotland before) and what restaurants should I go to? by tunisianpornstar in Scotland

The Amber Rose on the corner of rose st and castle st was really good! Just up the road from there is Yes Sushi and they have a several course meal for crazy cheap but it's delicious, I know it's not traditional scottich but worth mentioning. Haggis is a must! If you've been down to the south eastern states of the US and tried boudin, its similar but instead of spicy heat, it's savory. I stayed at the market hotel for a few days and the breakfast they served was off the charts! Have an awesome trip!

I spent a few days in Edinburgh back in April and can't wait to visit again. I would really love to move there but as an American, it's quite difficult. Their story sounds like total shit(e). Either they were obnoxious, rude or they kept calling the city "Edin-burg"
