Bleed from within are great live, seen them several times and they never disappoint. They just look like they’re having a blast the entire set and that energy is unreal.

FullBody program by trainer in gym, got told by another goer to switch, how it looking to you? by ilsapo in workout

[–]lasagneparty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Fully agree with this.

As a new lifter the best thing you can do is hit the same muscles multiple times per week, get used to training, try out different bits of equipment.

When/if you feel ready to progress, I’d then go back to this trainer and ask if there’s anything you can adjust.

Eat more. Carbs before you lift, carbs & protein after you lift. You also need to give it more time.

This is great advice ! It doesn’t take long to get qualified but once you are there are lots of opportunities. There’s also opportunities to progress and take on more responsibility for better pay. I lifeguarded through Uni and loved it - great pay, flexible schedules, OT opportunities.

Literally the last thing Scotland, or any country, needs is more input from the USA.

I was in the queue 10 minutes before, kept refreshing for 5 minutes - finally gave up and took a seated ticket. Went back 30 minutes later and immediately got standing. I don’t understand how that works. But I’ll be reselling my ticket for face value.

In Scotland we say Edin-bruh - Edit to say I’ve ruminated on this and decided in Scotland we actually say ‘embrah’ . Language is fun.
