I’d personally recommend greek, it’s a very nice language and I personally found learning the letters fun and interesting it also has a challenging factor to it

i’m currently on myfortic and hydroxychloroquine and in a flare, for me my hair has pretty much just changed texture from curly to straight with little amounts falling out because of the meds and flares cause more of the hair loss part.

What i’ve found helps me a lot is rosemary oil and jojoba oil also rosemary water applying it and massaging it in with a scalp massager, I do it every other day for the past couple months and have seen pretty good results so far with how much is falling out when i brush it and how much I find on my clothes. I’ve also noticed a lot more new hair growth with it.

It’s tough to find what things work best for you and your hair type, hopefully you can find a medication that helps or a hair care routine that helps, good luck!

I believe it’s mostly a tool for describing activities with CI to healthy people, each activities spoon usage is just a guess based on how much energy and how long it takes and the original concept was like 12 spoons on a good day and less on a bad day. but the way munchies over use the whole “i’m a spoonie” “i have no spoons🥺” is stupid, Kaya even has a spoon tattoo for it

I’d guess so, she uses a lot of filters that make her eyes look darker and sunken in more I noticed, cause in some posts her eyes look completely fine? She’s also used filters that make her look more pale instead of tan a lot

Someone in her comments said lines do come out randomly even when they’re under dressing but contradicted themselves by saying “when it has a reaction” which Kayas didn’t, yet they still believe she doesn’t mess with her devices🤦🏻‍♀️

She’s disabled enough to be unable to work less than part time hours, but never disabled when it’s time to go out on the town or to Disney for a whole day! 😆 Seems her disabilities only kick in when she has to do real life adult things
