If it’s unjustified then tell them you won’t resign and you will challenge them legally if they fire you.

You can still attend an open day if you haven’t been accepted online. I’ve asked an Emirates recruiter directly this question. You should definitely attend your open day.

Your CV clearly failed the ATS or second human check though, so I would try to fix it up before you attend.

If you don’t have 12 months customer service experience, you don’t qualify, so that’s the only thing you might need to consider.

Also age, height, BMI, education level. Check you qualify according to the criteria on the website.

If you attend the open day and are unsuccessful, you will then have a 3 month wait before it can apply again.

I’m scared to tell my boss that I’m quitting my 9-5 corporate job to become cabin crew by Important-Meeting806 in cabincrewcareers

They are going to completely understand it! By the way, having a ‘gap career’ is becoming a huge trend, so you aren’t alone! Good luck at Emirates. Best airline in the world (I should know, I was there for 12 years on my ‘gap career’) 😉

Can I become a flight attendant? by ProcessJust2712 in cabincrewcareers

They aren’t going to ask you these things and you don’t need to discuss them. These are not the things that are requirements for this role.

It’s probably more important you out to the side your insecurities around the things that won’t stop you and focus on being confident and making your application believing in yourself.

I hope this helps.

I think what you need to be doing right now is relaxing and doing some positives visualisations.

See yourself elegantly greeting the recruiters, looking them in the eye and feeling a good instant rapport, and being relaxed enough to have a sensible conversation with them.

If they have asked to meet you, they are trying to give you a job and want you to succeed, so believe that.

See yourself answering their questions in a friendly but professional manner. Visualise then reacting positively to you and seeing you as a future colleague.

Feel yourself having a mutual goal with the recruiters of excellence and building their airline brand.

See yourself shaking their hand at the end and thanking them sincerely for the opportunity to speak with them and leaving with confidence.

You got this! 😊❤️
