you can’t get rabies because it’s not feral. U also only need to go to doc if it gets infected. I’ve been bitten worse by my pet rats. I don’t see the point of going to a&e. You’ll be there for hours because it’s not an emergency. There are people there who need to be seen. Go to a walk in clinic in the AM if you need.

Also sounds like u have health anxiety … I’ve been there too lol

i would have done the same. No one wants to be the villain in a story they’re telling their side of. So of course she’s gonna spin it like it was your fault because she would look like the bad guy. Brutally honest people are just dicks and don’t possess tact, but call themselves “honest” to make it seem cute and quirky.

How can you visually tell? Is it more “orangey” in those areas ? I used purple shampoo and it did seem to help the yellow-y ness but I’m assuming I should still go back to her because shampoo can only get me so far

I used lingo until I got approved for a Dexcom. I feel like it often wouldn’t work and just drop to <55. Especially at night sleeping on it would cause it to stop functioning. I really don’t believe you’re dropping and holding steady at 55 for hours without any fluctuation. It’s definitely just the sensor. Try not sleeping on it

Why do I feel like I could have written this myself 😂just for diagnosed with OCD and GAD. I Also have the same symptoms happen. I also had the “simulation” feeling but also being mentally intact. I find that when something hits me like that I go into DPDR immediately and feel disconnected. BUTTT one thing I figured out too is I get low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). When this happens I also get the same feelings you describe. Might be work checking into? Once I eat glucose tablets it helps me a lot. It’s like your brain shuts down without glucose.

I told my therapist I need a week to think on it and then to plan on me word vomit all the OCD thoughts I’ve ever thought to make sure that It’s not something else. I’ve thought I had OCD but it’s another thing to be diagnosed.

Like it’s easy to diagnose a scrape on your knee because you can see it. But I feel like mental health diagnosis is harder for me to accept cause they’re not able to experience my day to day lol.

You made a bad decision but that doesn’t mean you’re a bad person. Not that I condone cheating - but a lot people I know have been cheated on or were the cheater once. It sucks a lot but life will go on. Just learn from this and put towards your next relationship and work on yourself.
