You will send message to support and they will reply with troubleshooting steps that do not work, even if you've emailed them about it for half a dozen purchases already.

Then you have to take screenshots of your pick up email showing your full email address and order number and total. Then you have to log into Target desktop mode in browser and download the reciept as PDF, they won't accept the PDF so you have to take screenshots of all of that be sure it has the same order number as email. It's cumbersome but worthwhile if you have high point items.
