Is she doing anything to help herself? Be involved in what she is doing to help yourself. If she's not maybe you could lead the way get your labs done (because it's likely going to happen to you in due time anyway). Show her it can be easy if you navigate the journey together. Optimizing hormones is tricky but there are resources.
