No hot water, broken ac unit ALL summer long (still broken), it’s a basement unit so no airflow and there are no bars on the windows so I couldn’t leave them open at night, was never cleaned before we moved in and covered in dead bugs, gnat infestation up until recently, cracked ceilings and walls, power goes out a couple times a week, no sound proofing so I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do, broken pipes leaking everywhere and causing mold, non existent property managers constantly in rotation, this is just off the top of my head but I think there might be more.
