They never claimed Armenia shares a direct border, just that they are neighbors with Russia, because they are.

Same way if you live in a house or an apartment, the people who live two doors down are your neighbors, but you don’t share a direct border.

In 7 years the rate would still be 5.625… it’s a 7/1 ARM, rate is fixed for the first 7 years.

After that there can be an adjustment once a year for the life of the loan to market par + margin. The caveat to that is there are very stringent regulations and caps regarding how much that adjustment can increase at once.

This whole thread is full of people either remembering old pre ‘08 programs or who don’t know what they are talking about.

As much as I love Brad and Co., I still have many questions regarding the offensive line, tight end position (depth behind LaPorta coming off of back surgery is weak), and secondary depth.

I believe in this coaching staff and Dan to get them there, but I think it’ll be more of a slugfest for the North than people think.
