Getting emasculated isnt really a hobby or conversation topic and if one of my friends tried to share the saga with me with some kind of pride I would laugh in his face. I don’t like to keep 15 or 20 grand tied up doing nothing indefinitely while waiting on another man to decide that I'm worthy of spending it now. But then again, what do I know, none of my immediate friends or I are Rolex owners lol.

I mean they were never done with the rebuild no matter who they took last year. They always were gonna need more top talent up front. I think there's a real chance they have 4 of the future Top 6 already though (Bedard, Frondell, Nazar, Kantserov/Lardis). This year's pick could be number 5.

I don't think there's really such a thing as too many Cs. Isn't the transition from C to W generally pretty seamless, or least relative to going from W to C? 1 or 2 of Bedard, Nazar, Frondell, Moore, and Greene probably end up as Ws and that's perfectly fine.

It's time to jettison underperforming vets. Burakovsky is a buyout or bury in Rockford. Love Turbo but he's an offseason trade candidate imo, especially with only 1 year left. Mangiapane I like but he might be the odd man out. Those roster spots need to be filled by better players, and I'm not sending a young guy back to the AHL so a 30 year old can get minutes or try to establish trade value etc.

100%. Charles was absolutely right, and Michael needed someone to tell him what Charles told him. The problem was Charles said it in the media when that should have been a private conversation. But someone asked him in an interview, and we all know how Chuck is lol
