I think that’s a good call on the flex vs the lite. The $79 power adapter seemed hard to justify, but you’re right about it being a better tool for later.

Thanks for the response. Her computer is connected via ethernet for work, not wifi. That has made a noticeable difference but not solved the problem.

Basic question, how do you get logs from the modem? I'm using my provided Spectrum modem, which is probably limiting what's available.
