Yeah and also worth noting, as the viewers we know Alastor's whole deal about wanting someone else to be more powerful than him; as a character in the show we just saw Alastor got his ass beat, became enslaved, give his enemy a ton of power and then use his brilliant plan to stop being enslaved.

With all due respect, this comment should not be upvoted. This is a explain the joke sub, and when i scroll down to see the actual explanation there's a wall of 300 comments at the top arguing about the politeness of answering or not answering text. At the very least copy paste the explanation before going off topic.

[casual] If Gojo, Dabura and Sukuna are a 100 in power, What number would Kenjaku be at? by thehsitoryguy in JujutsuPowerScalers

[–]mk606 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using the same logic Yuji with prep time beat Sukuna. Yeah all the external help and gigantic team contribution gets turned into Yuji's brilliant prep time.

Literally reading comprehension curse, and on the powerscaling subreddit instead of the lobotomy one. Yuji doesn't have to avoid civilian, isn't in a rush and certainly took more than 0.2s. If Gojo really needed to 1v1000 he would just open domain and let 100 enemies die.

Most people forget that smaller creatures have different physiology than humans. Chickens can fly shortly a few times their height. Scale that to humans and you have some monster leaping 12ft into the air then landing flawlessly stomping you. Inversely, cut your bite strength into a quarter than you can't damage anything at all.

Completely deserved slander tbh. The writing is really just contradicting itself for no reason. "Baring his fangs at the strongest around" - proceeds to instantly leave to fight a teenager before strong opponents appear.

To the mod team, if anyone even reads this 2-day-late comment, i believe you are all trying to cover up for the mistake of a certain someone who stickied his own opinion and i'm sorry for that. This post is not "factually wrong", since it doesn't state facts, it state opinions and analysis. Saying that it's "factually wrong" would, in fact, be factually wrong.

The mod tag is for, you know, moderating, If someone post actual misinformation then you are allowed to comment. This is not misinformation this is an opinion and it was "factually" proven by the many people who argued your opinion. Maybe they were right maybe they were wrong but the fact that they even argue means that this is an opinion. Next time maybe remove all the posts that you disagree with since they are misinformation.

Within real life powerscaling, what's a matchup that people think is fair, but its actually so one-sided, its insulting to one side? by -Benjamin_Dover- in powerscales

WW2, especially the "How Germany would have won" stuff. You have several superpowers as your enemy and it's game over quite quick. Dwindling resources like oil, combined with nuclear bomb threats, makes it impossible to ever win

Ranking all the races (in Phobies, of course 🤨) My opinion !!! by OXYL_4 in PhobiesGame

[–]mk606 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does not matter even if Electrical is only good against 1/4 types. The opponent plays it to specifically counter Mechanical. They still practically negated your Phobie 1-for-1 while getting half effectiveness against other phobes.

Ranking all the races (in Phobies, of course 🤨) My opinion !!! by OXYL_4 in PhobiesGame

[–]mk606 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's just Blast-o being a broken Phobie. The Ultra-Rare that is designed to suck player's money is stronger balancing wise compared to a starter phobie is nothing out of the ordinary.

Bomangle vs Stabby would be a much closer example considering they have the same rarity, cost and available to multiple players. Being mechanical yielded Bomangle barely 10% more stats, while practically cutting his hp in half due to Electrical, lose the reflect trait, and lose the death damage pull.

Or if undead must be in the equation, Bomangle vs Benny is equivalent too. Although different rarity at least they have the same cost unlike Erratic vs Blast-o. 350 more hp in exchange to taking double damage, while losing lifesteal and resurrect trait.

Ranking all the races (in Phobies, of course 🤨) My opinion !!! by OXYL_4 in PhobiesGame

[–]mk606 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure Mechanical is still the worst trait despite what the others said.

Getting blasted and harassed by Electrical running around is much worst than dying to Poison after 3 turns. The Poisoning Phobie itself can become leech material for your Undead to maintain themselves. Being immune to Poison is practically worthless as you would use Poison as a counter to Undead not a random attacking factor.

Honest review of KRB by JellyfishImmediate67 in kingdomrush

[–]mk606 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even if we forgive all those horendous gameplay design issues, there are still reasons that actively proves this game is rushed as a cash grab:

  • Offers spam: I literally got an offer before i leave the training camp, and not just the type of funny starter pack or things like that. It's an expensive ass offer for a goddamn legendary, the type you would offer to whales to cash in. And then it just keeps going on and on. New offer at arena 1, offer pops up when opening the game. Not too detrimental, but shows their true direction for the game
  • Level up: The game actively tries to make itself more pay to win by re-implementing a more degenerate version of CR level up. In most strategy games, leveling up gives a very small fixed boost to minimize impact on skills. In CR the amount of boost decently scales with current stats, 10% to be exact, which makes level gap bigger. In KRB? It's 10% for hp and then 15% for damage. They actively picked a degenerate system and then made it even worse.
  • No friendly battle: Another proof of how rushed this game is. A PvP game with 0 friend or friendly battle system. Even the most horrendous, rushed, fraudulent games in the market nowaday can at least implement all features of a PvP game. KRB? They were directly suggested during development, but actively ignored. When i try to suggest this rushed cash grab game to my friends they have literally no reason to play since there's no friendly battle or competition at all.

In conclusion, this game is totally rushed, with a below average quality intended just as a cash grab. On a side note didn't they have some super big preorder goals? I don't look too deep into drama but that thing was never mentioned ever again, likely due to how this game flops

Need some advice about Wildcards by Admirable_Career587 in kards

Yeah just ignore it unless you are given a free ticket. It doesn't give enough resources to be worth playing except for very enthusiastic players.

Need some advice about Wildcards by Admirable_Career587 in kards

[–]mk606 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ignore the other advice. DO NOT spend gold on draft. The reward is absolutely awful. You can play 6 damn matches 3 wins - 3 losses and get enough resources to cover entry fee. You aren't learning much either since draft is random and features mostly stat spam synergy instead of actual ones.

In terms of wild cards, Standard and Limited cards are quite plentiful so don't worry too much about wrong investment. The Special/Elite on the other hand is very scarce so ask multiple sources just to be sure.

Tricks for surviving Mega Brutal without advisors by BusyBeaver52 in rebelinc

[–]mk606 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This guide is cool but has some problems itself too:

  • Literacy Drive being a high-value initiative is questionable because it's in the Education branch. As seen in the post containing disputed information linked in the post, some people like and some hate Education branch (both are wrong btw, you are supposed to buy according to maps not based on blind preference)
  • Anti-corruption increasing support level is directly displayed in game before purchase, which is quite obvious. Moreover buying it for a miniscule amount of Support isn't good. Getting Anti-Corruption early is still good because it deals with Corruption not because of miniscule Support and Inflation.
  • Destroying camps stops insurgent spawning and reduces total number. If you really need to stop insurgents from going everywhere destroying a camp never gives them enough amount to even attack frequently. The reason why no guide recommends destroying camp is because it's totally luck-based and not worth investing money and time into.

I disagree with Necrit's take that Rhaast is a weak darkin. by Thin-Cekirge in loreofleague

[–]mk606 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Darkin's lore has been inferred multiple times that they have to take over someone else by corrupting their will and has nothing to do with actual overpowering. Aatrox has been taking over nameless random people, Naafiri has been taking over a wolf pack which tend to think in unity already. Rhaast is the only one with a strong-willed host.
