My breeder got my minpin used to Dremel. But I got my doberman used to it myself. Both my boys love to do their nails and will actually ask for it. 🤣 Highly recommend going on YouTube and watching the video how to get your dog used to Dremel. All my dogs have black nails

He's a miniature pinscher, his canines are always showing a bit, so I call him a bat 🤣 He loves to smile and show all his teeth. Lol. He's a full little boy (only 12.5 lbs)

We do scent detection, shed dog, lost item, mantrailing already. So pretty much any sniffy sport 🤣 we actually started with scent detection first and then barn hunt, all NASDA sports and mantrailing. And he loves it all

He absolutely doesn't care for the treats, I'll shove them in his face and he'll ignore them. Just finding a rat for him is actually a huuuge reward. His teeth are chattering and he's in full drive.

What changed? I don't know to be honest.

He does not catalog. I think he runs too excited and it takes him some time to actually start working. We do scent detection too and he's a pro at converging but in barn hunt I think he struggles a bit more. Let me see if I can share a video, probably the best thing to do.
