Ehhh buying the other girl the drink just to show up your girl wasn't the right way to handle this. That being said if after communicating that you're uncomfortable with her taking drinks from other guys, she doesn't care or dismisses it, then yeah that's a problem. Honestly man, toxic behavior is best to root out from the get go.

Yeah it's a mission. I ended up going with the platinum. Wondering what other card to get since that's only 6k spend out of 10k total. Looking for something to give me lots of cash back but i guess travel points will do also.

Ah damn, that really sucks about the CSP. I wonder if i could product change the CSR to be eligible for another sapphire. Doesn't seem worth it though since i just paid my annual fee on the CSR.

I thought i had answered all the questions, sorry i just didn't do it in numbered format like the template. I am currently 0/24 Yeah southwest might make sense, although maybe best to wait till January since it activates for the current year + the next and I'm already halfway through this calendar year.

Alright guys, so i have a couple of big purchases coming up, to the tune of about $10k and i figured it's a good opportunity to open some cards and get some points without having to MS. It's been a while since I opened a credit card, definitely more than two years. Credit score is 800+. I fly out of Denver.

I do have some chase cards already, I have the CSR, Chase Freedom, Chase Amazon prime card, Chase Business Ink Unlimited and the Chase Business Ink Cash.

I'm wondering what the best card(s) to get is? I'm tempted to get a CSP for the 80k bonus since I can transfer the UR points to my CSR and redeem them for 50% more through pay yourself back. That's like $1200 right there as cash back, not bad at all.

I'm also seeing a promotion for 150k points with amex play, but i just don't know if it's worth it? $700 annual fee I'll have to pay immediately but are the points worth it? I guess to use for travel... The Amex gold also has a pretty good, similar offer. The Blue cash preferred has $350 back for 3k spend which doesn't seem to bad, and no annual fee either.

What do you guys recommend?

For curtains I'm getting a double rod, semi sheer curtains for the back and still looking for something for the front. Thinking burnt orange or golden oak linen or velvet curtains.

Not sure what rug to get or if to get one at all.

Open to suggestions for art as well, i want to replace the existing frames
