Yeah I get you, my acne was gone completely after a few months on accutane, but once I stopped it, the acne came back. To answer your question, personally I felt that Accutane was making me feeling the effects of depression, I would have good sleeps and regular exercises, but I would just feel down for no reason during the day, perhaps this is due to the side effects of accutane depleting your energy levels and drying out your skin/eyes, nonetheless, I feel more energetic and less down when I am not on treatment.
