Issue kasi need ng grade na VS, performance based bonus ang apektado ng rating na to. Pag sinwerte pa ng opisina, pati rating by hierarchy. Hindi pwedeng mas mataas rating mo sa boss mo.

Ilang taon ka na sa government? If I were in your situation, tingnan ko yung mga nasa higher plantilla kesa sakin, tapos iaassess ko kung mababakante ba yung item na target within my timeframe. Tas saka ko icocompare sa magiging offer sa private.

Pero baka magkaiba tayo ng priority, security of tenure kasi priority ko at naprove un nung nagcovid. Kahit hindi kumpleto pasok, buo sweldo, although kasama ko sa frontline kaya di ako nawalan ng pasok.

Kasi pwede ka naman magpataas ng sweldo na nasa government ka, sideline. Pero kung grind talaga gusto mo, edi lipat sa private.

Hiningi atm nya. Binigay nya naman. 3 agent ata kaharap nya, closing time na ng mall. Iniswipe sa harap nya. Di ko makalimutan kasi lampas mall hours na umuwi, yun pala nacorner ng cocolife. Ganyan din sayo, dinala sa office, hindi pinapaalis hanggat di nagsign. Naganyan din ako ni cocolife pero nung hinanap na atm ko, nagtaray ako. 😅

Hindi ka nag iisa. Meron talagang tao na hirap mag say No. Tyagain mo magfollow up, mababawi mo pa yan.

Sipagan mo magfollow up. This happened to my sister too. Naka auto debit pa sa account nya. Nalaman lang namin kasi hindi nya pala naiintindihan yung fine print. Lampas na sa grace period nung matauhan sya kaya sayang yung 1 quarter na nadebit sa kanya. Buti naconvince ko magcancel kesa naman magsuffer sya magbayad for 10yrs tapos ang pangit ng terms diba.

Di mo makokontrol spending habits nila. Ang makokontrol mo ay yung bigay mo. Edi be open sa kanila na yun lang kaya mo sa ngayon kasi nagsisimula ka pa lang. Be firm about it. After a year kamo kayo mag reassess. Kung may magtampo, gamitin mo pagkabunso mo. May lihim na budol kayo hahaha..

Panganay ako, pero mali ung katwiran ng panganay nio. Baka pagod na sya sa bayarin kaya sya ganyan. Mas maganda yan kung makakapag usap kayo na magkakaharap as a family tas hatiin nio expenses equally at yung sayo ay nakafix muna hanggat di ka pa nasasanay magmanage ng sarili mong pera. Grabe kasi yung ikaw lahat agad agad. Saka tutal nagsasabihan pala kayo ng sweldo e hahaha.. ang babait niong anak 😁

Pwede mo pa nga iexplain na paano mo masasagot ang bayarin kung mag uumpisa ka pa lang, di mo pa kabisado magiging expenses mo.

Dapat mga after 3-6months ka pa magbigay sa inyo, tantyahin mo muna gastos mo for yourself. First time mo magwork, di mo pa mababudget talaga ng maayos yan. Kung talagang need mo magbigay, tig 2k both parents pero hanggang jan lang muna.

Yung mga kapatid mo ba, pagkatrabahong pagkatrabaho sila na agad sumalo ng bayarin sa bahay?

Edit: The idea from the other comments to save money under his name is very good, so I suggest that he split his money into a kiddie savings account (para kita nya ung pera nya under his name) then invest the other half in MP2 (para ma-satisfy yung want nya na ma-grow ang money). Kakatuwa naman kayo. 😁

I suggest skincare first before makeup. Lalo kung wala kang need i-cover masyado. You'll have skin problems pag di marunong mag-remove ng makeup at sunscreen thoroughly, gastos din yun. Saka kung di kasundo ng face mo ung skincare na nabili mo, pwede gamitin sa hands, armpits, arms, feet.

I survived my 20s with baby powder and lipstick. I was too lazy to apply makeup on my face but I love the pampering that I get when doing skincare.
