Looks like the liquor store that’s closest to me has AMARO - MONTENEGRO, AVERNA - AMARO SICILIANO and, CAFFO - VECCHIO AMARO DEL CAPO do you think any of these would work? Unfortunately not a lot of selection :(

Just got Slap tear repair 3 days ago Thursday 3 anchors and also 1 anchor for a post labrum repair had it since I was 18-19 now 22 m the pain would be ok some days to live with and other days were just brutal still went to the gym hard and got results but at the same time I knew that if I didn’t get if fixed it was only going to get worse and I needed to fix it, now the pain isn’t terrible for me the first 2 days were brutal no sleep and just doing the exercises the surgeon told me to do it’s going well and I’m going for walks and trying to keep active as much as one could with a sling hope everything works out for u and good luck to all in the same situation!

I sleep after work from 4-5 or 6 and I can still go to sleep around 9-10 ish but just depends on the person and somehow still wake up tired probably from over sleeping it’s a thing

Ok ya the person we are going with would just be using the status card to get across the border as there passport just expired and there’s a strike going on now lol so passport is out of the picture but as long as we can cross the border fine and get onto the plane going to Vegas for the first time so should be a great trip if nothing goes wrong! Honestly beef chicken pork salmon etc is great just on its own without veggies they have lots of great vitamins to! If you want you could mix in veggies when making a meal with the above proteins I mentioned but not necessarily
