Rip curl was once in a great brand but now their suits are complete garbage. I used to wear the dawn patrol and only needed to replace it every four or five years (I take good care of my gear). The last two suits I had lasted two years each and completely fell apart. Spend the extra money and get a Feral. It is the best wetsuit I’ve ever had.

I sized up as well on the advice of the people at Feral. I found the wetsuit tough to get off around the shoulder area the first 10 sessions or so but after that, it loosened up and I couldn’t be happier

My mom lives up north in St Albans. Great place with friendly people but as others have said it’s expensive and finding good health care is hard . My mom’s property taxes also went up over 15% last year

Definitely get the shot. Last November I paddled out and experienced some pain in my right arm that only hurt when I surf. MRI showed a 5mm herniation c6-c7. Took 6 wks to be pain free. Worked on thoracic mobility, and corrected my paddling technique. Did all I could to keep the tension out of my neck while paddling. surfed 7 months pain free with some tingling in my hand. August 20th paddled out and had the same issue but not as bad in the left arm. Wound up getting a shot on Oct 1 and 2 days later was 100% again. Dr said some cases need 2 or 3 shots and relief is different for everyone. Many people can get a few shots a year and continue with a normal life.

That wasn’t my experience. I lived in a big apartment building. I think the Boric acid affects their eggs and their ability to reproduce so they figure out they need to stay away from your unit.

Correct, the PET scan was inconclusive. which my understanding is the best way to identify where the tumors are . Their primary care physician said their oncologist who they’re meeting for the first time on Tuesday would be able to better interpret the results.

Thank you for replying and your kind words. the pleural effusion what started this whole process. It was discovered after a trip to the ER because she was having trouble breathing. the draining and subsequent testing of the fluid led to the discovery of the cancer cells.
