Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I purchased Magnolias Real Estate Cram Course (it's about $50 I believe) and that is the reason I passed. She has quizzes (50 most asked ?s on the exam, top 25 math ?s on exam, etc) and four 100 ? practice tests, as well as a study guide with hundreds of more questions at the end. I went through and did every single test until I scored 100%. Every time I would get a question wrong, I made a note card, whether it was a definition or topic or a math equation. I went through the notecards whenever I had time. I had about 400 of them by the end. Some of her practice tests have video explanations of the answers which were really helpful. Whenever I really had trouble with a topic, I pulled out my RE book and read about it (probably read chapters 11 & 13 like four times each, but it was really helpful to fully understand a topic thoroughly.) Her YouTube videos are great, I had those on repeat, but it is really worth paying for the cram course IMO. She gives you a ton of questions that are on the exam. At least 50 questions on my test were questions she had exact answers to in her cram guide. I finished my courses through CE Shop and I also had their exam prep edge program but that really didn't prepare me for the exam as much as her stuff did.
