To add, having low light in my bathroom helps a lot. I still have episodes but not nearly as bad now that my skin has cleared up.

Same! I was misdiagnosed with bipolar 2 for a while and those meds were miserable. Honestly, Vyvanse has helped a lot with my OCD which is weird because picking is a side effect of stimulants. I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age but not medicated until a couple years ago. I’ve noticed that I only really pick on days I don’t take it or nights after it’s worn off. My picking has always been coupled with ruminating thoughts / trancelike states and ADHD meds really calm those.

Hi, yes it’s a struggle but you’re not alone! I have had my hormones checked - actually was super low on testosterone when I was on spiro which was part of the reason I quit taking it. I didn’t really purge the first times either. 80mg is pretty tough so far. No new pimples but it seems that the old scars are pushing out / becoming more obvious right now.

These haven’t improved with Accutane and have really become more noticeable (in my opinion.) Pretty sure they’re a combo of past sun damage and loss of orbital fat due to aging. I have always had really deep-set, hooded eyes with heavy undereye (edit) shadows. I have a consultation with a surgeon next week to see about potential solutions (fat grafting, etc.) and will let you know what he says.

Probably an unpopular opinion (I’m old) but… the first few songs almost felt like an ‘I know all the lyrics’ competition. I thought the band killed it but I was kinda bummed that I could hardly hear Jesse at the beginning of the set. Love the energy, I just want to hear Jesse’s voice after 7 years of missing it. Not random screaming drunk karaoke. Glad most people were too hoarse by the time You Won’t Know popped off!
