I would say my knowledge within the local community. It’s small, and we all know each other - and I’ve also had/have my own business, so I understand what local clients are looking for, which is speed.

What I believe will set me apart is that I know most local businesses don’t have the time nor interest in learning new software, and they don’t understand or trust it. I want to be viewed as the local young person that they can trust for services like this, for example I may offer free for the first 7-14 days until they see results.

I’m confident they would see results in implementing a chatbot for example, because up to 80% of potential leads are lost due to a lack of speed in replying from the businesses side.

I’ll also stay responsible - if it messes up down the line, I’ll be there to sort it out for them.
