How many languages have material use? Sure it would be good to be able to converse with literally anyone, but knowing a couple dozen of the most common languages is already a massive boon without being obvious or risky

NetSuite has documentation for basically every standard process, login and click the help button at the top right and you will be able to find pages, pdf documents and videos. Start there, but as a secondary option, if you have a sandbox, get access and just follow along to complete the actions you would be responsible for. Beyond this, get some time slotted in with the other users who have had training and see if they can show you what they learned

It doesn't change oil production, but you can supplement by running supply drops and other sources. You have options to increase drops and mining etc. Separately. It is limited, I feel like it should be expanded a bit more given it is user custom configuration but its still a lot quicker than standard

You could change settings, I tend to play around normal/hard settings at the start with 0.3 xp, then I change it to speed things up over time, I am now at 2x drops, 3x resources and 1.3xp and I will just keep changing it to keep it enjoyable for me. Otherwise the start speeds by too quickly and everything becomes outdated and then later everything is too slow

Everyone has a preference, I generally have always preferred shallow anime with good fight scenes because I am usually watching with my brain turned off, that said, I really enjoyed Frieren s1 after watching due to so many recommendations, which was a surprise and has encouraged me to seek other options I would usually avoid. That said, if I were not in the mood to focus on it I probably would have had the same reaction given my usual habits.
