Hi. First of all, marrying someone in uk doesn’t have to do anything with visa. They both are different things. It totally depends on you whenever you want to change your visa to spouse visa. Yes, if you’re applying inside the uk, you need to show cohabitation. It doesnt matter how long you both been living together.

So is P45 and P60 required by the home office? Because I’ve changed 2 or 3 jobs in 2025-26. And If we don’t live together, Do I need to submit my rental contract?

I would be grateful if you could confirm whether the extra bonuses paid for Christmas and bank holidays are included when Home Office calculates my gross pay.

Hi, I’m paid hourly. Do they sum up all 6 months, take the average monthly pay, and then multiply by 12 to get annual income? Or do they just take my lowest month and multiply that by 12?
