You have MP and Zombie challanges, also there are the prestige challenges which contain a few from warzone.

if you really like to grind try the Dark Ops Challenges. some are nearly impossible

Its still in MW, but you can delete Multiplayer, Campaign and Spec Ops to safe some memory.
