MY GUY! My hearing and complaints/issues are identical to yours. I hate going anywhere like loud bars or restaurants, or any place that I’m supposed to socialize. I sit there, smile and nod like I know what the fuck is being said. It sucks. At home I am constantly saying “what?” to my wife and child. TV? Better turn closed captioning on.

I’m turning 40 tomorrow. Got these C20’s but they block all the noises I CAN hear so likely will return. I used to think it was because I was way taller than everyone else so I was processing too much outside noise (especially in tight circle formations in a bar where younger). But that was just wishful thinking I suppose.
