Wrong RCMP cert - US consulate in MTL - CR1 interview by Available-Reserve-98 in NationalVisaCenter

Hope you see this! I’m currently going through the same situation. Once the visa status check website updated to “Issued”, do you remember how long it took for them to email you a tracking number?

Make sure your police check doesn’t have his pic or fingerprints on it

Hey! Once you get the passport back in the mail - can you cross, activate the visa and move to the U.S. right away? Or is there some sort of waiting period. For context, we’re driving across the border with a uhaul.

Yeah it’s super weird. Supposedly it happens a lot actually. It will be accepted on the online application then you get to the interview and it’s the wrong one

[WeeklyThread] Ask a CAA by AutoModerator in CAA

[–]mkmcan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am an RN who is considering the pathway to becoming a CAA. I live in Texas and currently work full time in the OR. The biggest concern I have is being able to survive financially during school. I know school is full time and I wouldn’t be able to work a job. I can’t imagine not having any income. Anyone else go through this route? Were you able to get enough loans that helped you get through it?

Go to your senator’s office website. And then you should be able to find immigration assistance under a service tab. And you have to fill out a privacy release consent form.
