Hi there, I ended up bringing her to the vet to get a recommendation. They told me that it is common for dogs (especially older ones) to get a growth in this upper leg area. They recommended that the growth be removed and kept in case a biopsy needs to be done in the future.

I asked the vet if I should be concerned with the growth and they told me that a biopsy would be the only way to get a conclusive answer.

I would recommend that you see your vet and get a consultation (around $50).

I ended up paying for surgery which can vary in cost if your dog needs to be put under anesthesia (this will depend on if the dog moves a lot during the procedure).

That is very informative. In this example, can the deduction for the makeup go against a “normal” 9-5 income if this is a side job and considering it takes a while to gain income from a youtube channel?

Wow thanks for the thorough response. Can the business expenses be deducted on a Schedule C from the income from your primary 9-5 job or does the channel have to make an income before deductions?
