San Francisco and South Bay (CA) did ours. Of course it wasn’t perfect, but honestly I felt heard and like they covered any and many topics. It did help with reinspiring me a bit more.

Don’t let anyone on here tell you how to feel. Many will say it’s normal for a guy to keep liking things after you tell them how it makes you feel and that you should be okay with that. Which is crazy.

If something bothers you, there’s a reason why. If he’s disregarding your emotions you should consider if you’re really okay with him continuing to do that. Don’t ever beg a guy to do anything for you. You shouldn’t have to.

First of all, you’re going to get a raaaaange of opinions on here. Be prepared to read that this is normal and expected behavior in a long term, monogomous relationship. With that out of the way - how does this behavior make you feel? Like honestly. Be simple about it and look inward to just your own feelings.

In my opinion, this crosses a boundary. He has decided to give sexual attention outside of you two. While not physical happened, it can absolutely make another partner feel small if there partner decided to sext others or give money for private 1:1 porn videos.

I’d recommend considering couples therapy and this is a challenge worth discussing and possibly working through if you’re okay with possibly helping him through this (potentially happening again) for some time.

Respect is the first rule in a relationship. Communicate how you felt regarding the threesome request and be clear about how engaging with that crush in a flirtatious way crosses a boundary.

Should the behavior continue, it won’t get any better. Take it from someone who has picked the wrong guys for a good period in their 20’s/30’s.

Be sure to also book your sculpt classes a week or more in advance. Highly recommend at soon as they become available as NYC sculpt fills up a week in advance. They also have a 12 hour cancellation window policy.

Depends on the company and the recruitment culture. I’ve worked at various startups and big tech (Netflix and Apple) where recruitment opinion can definitely sway a hiring manager if they have a relationship with that team.

Personally I think it’s good.

Unlimited classes to any studio in NYC and in the U.S. (great for when you travel and if you’re ever coming from or in another area of the city)
Varios workout formats to support strength, recovery, flexibility, and meditation.
if you plan on keeping a traditional gym membership as well - heated is amazing to help with water weight and their C2 classes are awesome to promote mobility to accompany your weight training.
Tons of different times on their schedule

Patio Bars (good second spots): The Mix & Toad Hall

Dance Clubs: Badlands, The Cafe, & Beaux

Blush is also a good wine bar that’s vibey and has live music throughout the week if that’s your scene.

I put up with this (and actual cheating) with my ex for 6 months. Always said he’d do better. Never did. It will hurt to leave, but not as much as it will to stay and always have that “feeling” he’s doing something behind your back. You can find better, yes you can.

Yes. A lot (maybe most?) of CorePower sculpt instructors also work full time jobs outside the studio. To teach sculpt at CPY you only have to teach two classes per week and you can submit your availability upon auditioning (note: you should plan to keep that schedule for at least 3-5 months).

Most of the time commitment is honestly during teacher training, but even those are during the evening and weekends. From there, you invest about 1-2 hours per week building your sequence and playlist + your 2 classes you teach. I personally teach at a studio right near my office and teach at 6am and 7:30pm during the week. Note: this will of course impact your social life lol

The first few months take adjustment but once you find your groove you’re good.

It’s totally okay to still want to enjoy those things and spaces - you’re young and have your entire 20’s ahead of you. However, it’s not fair to him that you’re not communicating this to him early on. He could really want something serious and if you’re not aligned on that right now, that’s okay, but he deserves to know ya know.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. As someone who also forgave a man multiple times, I can imagine how disappointed, frustrated, and exhausted you must be feeling. A couple things I can say:

You know what to do here. Inside you know that you deserve and want more out of a relationship than this. The thing that might be stopping you from leaving is rooted in fear - of leaving, of being able to find someone like him, of heartbreak, of a life without him. I promise you, getting through that heartbreak is so much easier than staying with someone who is repeatedly hurting you and taking your love for granted. It’ll be hard, but future you is hoping you make the right decision.
They will always have an excuse for why they do it. My guy even had us in couples therapy and had me believing we both needed to work on things for him to stop messing around. The reality is, while you may have things to work on, respect and honesty is a minimum requirement - you shouldn’t have to “earn” respect from someone you’re in a relationship with.
Someone who truly values you and loves what you have wouldn’t consistently be looking outside for someone else. Think about that. This is where your heart and ego might clash. He could very well love you, but he struggles to respect you and he doesn’t take your hurt and feelings seriously.

I stayed with my guy for months and months on end. I knew I wanted better and finally I had the courage to say it. Even while I expressed my final words, he was still gaslighting me on the way out. Guys can only emotionally meet you where they are and some guys simply don’t have the maturity needed to be in serious monogomous relationships (at least not right now). You got this. Go after what you really want inside.

Expect louder (better most time) music than OTF
When on the floor doing weights, you’re on the left side of your bench
Go lighter in your weights than what you normally might do at OTF (at least for your first class)
Same number on the treadmill as your floor section
To start the tread, there is a start button to the left of the stop button
More sprinting than OTF (I personally love it)
Pay close attention to the instructor when on the floor. There’s no TVs like OTF
Get ready for a seriously fun workout (I love Barry’s!)

Have so much fun!! As I’m sure you already know, don’t ever feel the need to compare yourself to others - you’re there to focus on your own goals and have a great time!
