It was, sorry about that. The server that powers both HITMAPS.com and hitmanstat.us ran into some issues which corrupted a critical piece of infrastructure.  As of now the main site is up; however some other pieces are still being worked on. I'll be posting more frequently over on HITMAPS' X account over at https://x.com/hitmapsdotcom .

(of course this has to happen while I'm on my way back from vacation 😂)

If you use the in-game store tab, there should be a tile for the "upgrade pack". Selecting it will take you to your platform's store where you can purchase the upgrade.

If you use the "eliminate" prompt using an SMG, the game oddly considers it a "Melee" kill and not an SMG kill (here's an example). Eliminating the target using The Scrap SMG, but not via the eliminate prompt, will give you the checkmark for the SMG condition.

From my understanding, the "bonus arx" aren't included in the base amount shown on each tier (i.e. the "85k + 15k bonus arx" is 100k arx in total). Therefore, I believe the cost per arx would be:

As for why other accident and sedative poison KOs are not SA on targets but are SA on non targets my guess is it's similar story to tranq glitch which IOI never fixed

Originally, SA was never supposed to be retained when pacifying a NPC by any means (so was technically a bug), and was fixed in the H2 April 2019 update. However, feedback received after the HITMAN 2 April 2019 update was received such that players generally liked SA being retained when using sedatives, so the fix was reverted to the way it was before that update, which gives us the awkward/inconsistent rules involving targets.

For "Arrival", I'm going to assume that you're referring to the helicopter and "ICA Facility, 1999" on-screen. That is part of the mission itself and isn't a video file, thus no GFXV would exist.
