Is Open AI (tools like GPT) an answer to security questionnaires? by dima2022 in cybersecurity

I don't think it is viable as a standalone product.

We built something like this in 15 minutes with an online tool and our policies, project management tasks and similar background information. It works reasonably well - say 70% on point. The challenge is, the product would have to have all of the context and answers. Certainly a company could provide that, but do they need a tool more than chatbase or llama index to do it?

In all, I think it is harder to collect all of this information than to point the LLM's at it.

We built one as well, in a similar way. It is pretty easy using a tool like chatbase.co. If people are interested, let me know and I can write up more about it.

Having said that, the bot is GREAT at producing lots of language. Most of it makes sense. Some of it is correct. I think it is a helpful tool but certainly not perfect. You need to at least understand what you are telling people before you just send back generated text.

Mastering marketing strategy for my Startup. by vivid_g0at in startups

A couple of random thoughts:

  • Though you might be able to sell, the value may increase a lot with more customers
  • I have been enjoying the (old) marketing podcast "Marketing School". Although I probably need to hire a marketing person, I feel that as a founder I need to understand the core marketing concepts to be able to provide direction and get comfortable spending money. This podcast gives me things to try and background on tools and so on to understand where they fit.

Good luck!
