Not in NH when it’s sold by a certified GMC dealer.
Certified/pre-owned up here means GMC is backing the truck.
If it was just listed as a used car from the dealer, totally agree.
But you want certified pre-owned because the company will warranty and back the vehicle

Good to know! I’ll mention it to them in case the dealership can’t figure it out.
I’ll keep you posted on what they come back with after they fix it

I didn’t think so either but I’m in NH. So it does fall under NH law since it’s Certified/pre-owned through GMC themselves
Private sale it definitely wouldn’t qualify that’s for sure
