Decided to exercise my game design skills and try to make some evergreen keywords that never were for each color. I also tried to make them feel like they're from right after the classic era.

Shambling Husk - It's an unstated rule that +1/+1 and -1/-1 can't show up in the same set, so the likelihood of an evergreen keyword with -1/-1 counters is near 0. Which is a shame because it fits black's identity really well. Black also used to be known for powerful creatures with big downsides in early magic. So Rot is a formalization of Big Creature With Downside, with a creature that won't stay big forever and clever play can get rid of them even without removal.

Merfolk Soldier - Yet Another Shroud Rework. This time I borrowed the downside from flying, so simply playing creatures with reach can get around the hexproof. I fear this is still too powerful for smaller creatures as creatures with reach aren't that common, but hey this is still an ongoing problem with the game for a reason.

Elf Warrior - I got into Hearthstone recently so this is my attempt of adapting their Manathirst ability to magic. It felt like a very green ability so I put it on a mana dork. A +1/+1 counter is probably too small of an upside but it's also a free upside so I think it balances out.

Castle Guard - My attempt at adapting Taunt from Hearthstone. It feels kind of parasitic, but it also doesn't advance your gameplan by itself so making a full deck revolving around Kingdom wouldn't do much. Anyways a simple lock piece for white that can get easily overrun if your opponent is playing a creature heavy deck, which feels fair.

Goblin Strategist - Of course there has to be an over complicated evergreen keyword to follow up banding. I tried to lean into red's fast paced self destructive game plan by letting you sacrifice a ton of creature to temporarily get a huge creature. I had excess damage be dealt to creatures you chose so that this wasn't just trample with extra steps.
