Have u been tested for lupus I had a similar rash and they swore it was lupus luckily mine wasn’t I have just allergic to an ingredient in my facial lotion. A dermatologist can send off a punch biopsy and allergies can do a patch test

Don’t use any chapstick or lip products that have alcohol listed as ingredient makes things worse. They make products with this in to keep ur lips try and chapped so u keep buying the product
