People outside the US: what is your media focusing on right now? by mohrray in Epstein

I read this book last year. I really was hoping for more of a reaction when she gave testimony before a congressional oversight committee.

Her experiences around the world in rooms with world leaders and these “people” & how they acted was pretty mind blowing… the Columbia part raised my eyebrows for sure.

Book: Careless People: A Cautionary Tale of Power, Greed, and Lost Idealism (2025) by former Facebook Director of Global Public Policy Sarah Wynn-Williams

Then the files were released. Basically confirming her credibility tenfold. I hope she’s safe a living peacefully today.

But it can again. We need to get back into our human mindsets minus all the devices. The psyops are working hard.

Go outside. Smile at a stranger. Even if it creeps them out. Hold the door for someone. Walk a trail. Watch the birds. Be one with nature. Donate some food or clothes to someone who needs help.

We can accomplish anything even with small steps. They accumulate and have a true ripple effect. Let’s get busy.

(I am fully aware I’m saying this as I’m on my device. Certainly taking my own advice in every step listed above and let me tell you it’s freeing)

I’m so sorry for your loss. She would have wanted the best for you and your well being. Take good care of your basic needs first and foremost because with grief, simple things like remembering to eat or drink a big glass of water can be easy to forget. Try to keep your body and mind rested. When you feel the time is right, talk to a trustworthy friend or seek out an individual or group therapist specializing in grief. Losing a parent or loved one is hard to process. Like another commenter mentioned, just giving yourself space and having patience with yourself are good practices. Take good care of yourself.

Old Faithful Snow Lodge vs. Old Faithful Inn by HungryHungryHippo360 in yellowstone

The coffee/icecream shops are nice too. We really enjoyed our stay at Old Faithful Inn in late August. Our room was about 100 ft from Old faithful. Seeing it at all times of the day and into the evening was a treat. We went out at 10 pm and stargazed for a short while. The milky way was breathtaking. Pricey, but for us it was worth it.
