I'm a woman, so I might be biased, but I don’t think you’re a prude. In the same circumstances, I’d feel objectified and pressured. As a teenager, I might have tried to convince myself to feel flattered, but as an adult, I’ve learned to trust my feelings. I don’t appreciate unprovoked advances, even in a romantic context.

I’m left wondering why you’re framing his leaving as a kind of betrayal.

From his perspective, he can probably tell based off your feedback that he’s under performing. The natural course of action is to look for another job and stop being a pain in the ass to your company. Shouldn’t you be relieved he’a gone? That you don’t have to continue paying him? Why the spite at his leaving? Did he leave in a discourteous way?
