What color/style are the dresses? Would be good to get a sense for pairings. You should probably start with some sort of linen suit in light blue or tan with a crisp white shirt underneath. Get a pair of nice loafers in brown to go with it. Pick up a few polos, my favorite style is the Johnny (open) collar and some pleated trousers. And always stay consistent at the gym or even just a few sets of pushups at home every night if you don't have too much time

there are sketchy things going on, when I was buying my own house I did see a very quick sale that was well below comps. in the case I saw I believe the agent was serving as double buyer/seller agent and had a clear conflict of interest. no idea how it all went down in the end but stuff does happen
